The British School Caracas offers the National Curriculum of England, Wales and Northern Ireland to students from preschool to Year 11. In Years 10 and 11 students also study for the University of Cambridge’s IGCSE Programme. Finally, in Years 12 and 13 we offer the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme. More information can be found below.
TBSC is committed to the pastoral care of all our students in order to ensure our students are happy, safe and looked after. TBSC recognises that true learning can only occur when a student is happy to be at school. In the Primary Section, class teachers monitor students carefully and build positive working relationships with all students. In the Secondary Section, tutors meet students every day and alongside subject teachers, they too forge positive working relationships with all students. We also have a Whole School Pastoral Coordinator who oversees the wellbeing of all our students. Our on-site school counsellor (qualified psychologist) is on hand to help those students (and members of the community) who require that extra support. TBSC also has a full-time and qualified nurse on-site.
Community Work
